Our roots are in home-based care!

Our co-founders bought a home health and home care business in 2020 with a vision of entrepreneurship and helping others.

The home health agency they ACQUIRED had 1.5 Stars, and was struggling FINANCIALLY. Through grit, listening, learning, and some innovation, they TURNED 1.5 STARS INTO 4.5 STARS AND NOW provide both home health and hospice services, ACROSS 4 STATES, all with Star ratings between 4-5 Stars and serving over 1,000 patients every day. Along the way, they helped other home health, hospice, and home care businesses to streamline operations and lower overhead costs using their knowledge and leveraging the agency’s quality, timely, and efficient back-end operations.

What had started as a few friendly agencies turned into a managed services company, Hoolime.

The existing agency is a client of Hoolime’s, and we now help other home care businesses to succeed in achieving their goals. We have been there in the ‘documentation trenches’ and ‘collections front lines’ from our roots as an agency, and we understand the workflow challenges.
